Pet Policy
We Do Not allow aggressive breeds
Maximum of TWO (2) pets per dwelling
Pets must be current on all shots and must have a current shot record
We require a NON-REFUNDABLE Pet Fee of $300.00 per pet if the pet is under 25 lbs
Any pet over 25 lbs is $600
Pet Rent is determined during pet screening
